Answers to the most common questions
How do I report a post, comment or account?

Tap the three dots on any post, Loop, Moment or comment and choose Report. On a profile, tap the three dots next to Follow. Pick a reason, add details if you want, and submit. You get a confirmation with a reference number, and we tell you the outcome, usually within 48 hours.

Can I report content if I don't have an account?

Yes. Use the public reporting form at Contact and include the link to the content. Reports of illegal content are prioritised.

What happens after I report something?

A reviewer checks the content against our Community Guidelines and the law. If it breaks the rules we remove it and notify the person who posted it. If it doesn't, it stays up. Either way you are told the result and can appeal.

My post was removed. How do I appeal?

Open the notification about the removal and tap Appeal, or go to Settings, Account status. A different reviewer looks at it. You have 6 months to appeal.

Why am I seeing this ad?

Ads on Glimps are chosen based on the advertiser's targeting (age range, country, interests) and your activity. Tap "Why am I seeing this ad?" under any ad to see the specific reasons. Turn off personalised ads in Settings.

How is my feed ordered?

By default your Home feed is recommended: we rank posts by how likely you are to engage, using your likes, follows, saves and watch time. Switch to "Following only, newest first" in Settings for a chronological feed.

How do I delete my account?

Settings, Account, Delete account. Your data is removed within 30 days.

I am a parent. How do I get help with my child's account?

Contact us through the form at Contact and select "Minor safety". These requests are handled first.
